Disappointed that so many fellow Diabetes people were so ignorant of dietary requirements and many chatted whilst committed officials attempted to explain certain things.

Ladies had to do a lot of talking and they kept everyone interested.
Particularly liked the visual interactive learning with the food. PowerPoint was very hard to see so booklet was a must.
Felt sorry for the guy opposite as he couldn’t read and a lot of the information was not made assessable to him. There was a lot to read.

The consultation was perfect in every way. All my questions were answered, it was very comprehensive and I went away very satisfied.

Generally, be more honest when including a contact phone number. It has never been answered for me. Explain that this is the case and advise caller to expect to leave a message, if unable to make contact by other means.
